PBA courtside reporter Sel Guevarra vows to charge her ex-boyfriend, chef Robert Eric Spakowski, for beating her up
She says she can forgive him but won’t let the incident pass.
Celest Flores of Inquirer.net reports that PBA courtside reporter Sel Guevara is bent on pressing charges against her ex-boyfriend, who allegedly beat her up after calling off the relationship because of a "selfie" she posted online.
According to the report, Guevara has officially filed her complaint against chef Robert Spakowski "for violating Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence against Women and Children, on Tuesday afternoon, July 23, at the Quezon City Hall of Justice." The reporter decided to file a case after she sustained several injuries and bruises during a confrontation she had with her ex-boyfriend on Saturday.
In an interview, Guevara explained that she went to Spakowski's home "to talk things through" after he broke up with her last week. She said the chef ended their relationship when he saw that she uploaded a cropped picture of herself on Facebook. Guevara said her injuries were so bad after the incident that Spakowski's maids had to help her hail a cab because she was no longer able to drive.
