Shots fired at Commission on Audit’s main office by unidentified gunmen
Sometimes, when you do your job right, other people get mad.
Dharel Placido of ABS-CBNNews.com reports that "shots were fired at the main office of the Commission on Audit (COA) along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City on Wednesday morning, September 25."
The report noted: "Quezon City Police District Senior Superintendent Richard Albano said two bullet slugs were recovered in the office of COA Assistant Director Nilda Plaras. Albano said the incident was reported to them at around 8:30 a.m. Upon arrival at the scene, police discovered that the glass windows of the office of Plaras were shattered."
The report also revealed that "Albano said they will check if the closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera along Commonwealth Avenue captured the gunmen." According to Albano, the police already have a witness who will help in the investigation.
