MMDA traffic enforcers undergoing seminars for personality development and English proficiency

Anna Liza Villas of the Manila Bulletin reports that traffic enforcers of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) are now taking personality enhancement lessons as part of a retraining program designed to make them "look good and feel good."
According to the report, the special training seminars being held by experts in personality enhancement for the MMDA focus on "English proficiency and speech development, grooming and personal hygiene." MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said the retraining will help traffic enforcers to "look good, feel good, and speak well" while doing their job.
