Senator Bong Revilla no longer part of Iglesia ni Cristo movie
He no longer feels <em>pogi</em> enough for the role
ABS-CBNNews.com reports that Senator Bong Revilla has opted to be removed from the Iglesia ni Cristo film project Ang Sugo (The Messenger), where he was set to play executive minister Eduardo Manalo opposite Richard Gomez and Albert Martinez.
According to sources, Revilla did not want Ang Sugo (The Messenger) to be tainted by his involvment in the Pork Barrel Scam. Revilla is currently facing plunder charges, aling with Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Juan Ponce Enrile.
His wife, Second District of Cavite Representative Lani Mercado, has also decided not to be part of the film.
