The report doesn’t say how old the lawyer is.
Miguel Dumaual of ABS-CBNNews.com reports that a case of qualified seduction has been filed against 60-year-old folk singer Freddie Aguilar by a lawyer who claimed to be "angered, offended and scandalized" by the musician's romantic relationship with a 16-year-old girl.
The report explained that Atty. Fernando Perito, a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, filed the complaint against Aguilar before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office on Thursday, October 24. In his two-page complaint, Perito called Aguilar a "sex-hungry child predator" and a "cradle snatcher" who is just sexually attracted to his teenage girlfriend.
In response, Aguilar said in a radio interview that he is ready to face the charges against him. The singer added that social workers from the Department of Social Welfare and Development already talked with his girlfriend's parents and were told that they approve of their daughter's relationship with him.
