Phoemela Baranda says Anne Curtis didn’t tell her, "I can buy you..." in Privé Luxury Club incident
So, she didn’t say anything?
ABS-CBNNews.com reports that model and TV personality Phoemela Baranda has denied being rudely told by a drunk Anne Curtis at an upscale bar last month that she and her friends can be bought with the popular actress' money.
"No, she didn’t say, ’I can buy you, your friends, and this club.’ Hindi niya sa akin sinabi ’yon. Walang gano’n na nangyari o sinabi si Anne. Hindi niya rin ako dinuro," Baranda was quoted as saying in a television report that aired on Wednesday (December 4). An earlier report by PEP.ph, which was based on the statement of magazine editor JR Isaac, said a visibly drunk Curtis confronted Baranda inside the Privé Luxury Club in Taguig City last November 23 and supposedly told her, "I can buy you, your friends, and this club!"
The actress recently admitted on her Twitter account that she "had one too many drinks" on the night of the incident, which "led to some of these unfortunate events" detailed in the PEP report. She said she has already apologized to all the parties involved.
