Vhong Navarro won’t be meeting Deniece Cornejo and company on Valentine’s Day
He says he can’t bear to see them again just yet.
Mark Merueñas of GMA News Online reports: "The lawyers of Vhong Navarro have asked the Department of Justice (DOJ) to allow him to skip the February 14 preliminary investigation on the case he filed against Deniece Cornejo, Cedric Lee, and several others."
The report noted that Atty. Alma Mallonga said that Navarro "is so emotionally and physically damaged that he could not face his attackers just yet."
As such, the DOJ panel granted Navarro’s request, but ordered him to appear on the next preliminary investigation set on February 21.
