Remember Wowie de Guzman? He wants to go back to showbiz
He will "Always" have the moves to "Get Down."
Wowie in a "flashback" feature on Sharon: Kasama Mo, Kapatid!
Kids, Wowie de Guzman was one of the members of the 1990s dance group Universal Motion Dancers (UMD) and the perennial partner of Judy Ann Santos.
Recently, right before he danced to his dance group’s old hits in the "throwback concert" sponsored by a drug company Trinoma Activity Center, De Guzman revealed to Balita correspondent Reggee Bonoan that he wanted to go back to showbiz.
De Guzman then offered this observation: "Sa Internet maraming napapanood na inspirations. Para sa akin mas magagaling ngayon 'yung mga bata (You get a lot if inspiration from the Internet. So, for me, the kids these days are great at what they do)."

De Guzman then revealed that he hasn’t spoken to his former love team partner Santos since he hasn’t been active in showbiz. They’re not even Facebook friends or anything.
By the way, De Guzman’s last "big" TV role was in the telenovela Rubi, where he played a goodhearted driver. If he really put his mind to it, the guy could be a good character actor. (Obviously, we know the dance steps the UMD popularized.)
