Prince William and Kate Middleton expecting second child
Here’s some royal news for you today
The Washington Post reported on Monday (September 8) that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their second child, just less than 14 months after the birth of their son Prince George.
A Kensington Palace spokeswoman confirmed the pregnancy and said that while they weren't announcing the due date, she was not yet at the 12-week mark.
According to the official announcement, Kate Middleton is being treated at Kensington Palace for acute morning sickness, a condition called Hyperemesis Gravidarum. She was hospitalized early during her first pregnancy because of the condition, which can cause severe nausea, vomiting and dehydration.
British Prime Minister David Cameron was among the first to congratulate the couple.
