Senator Bong Revilla’s rebuttal of the undeclared cash in his accounts don’t necessarily make sense, but if his movies are any proof, not everything needs to make sense.
On Thursday, ABS-CBN News reported that Revilla called the Anti-Money Laundering Council’s (AMLC) investigation a big joke.
This overlooks the AMLC’s concerns about "undeclared wealth" in his SALNs, but Revilla passionately drove home his point, "Everything is justified.
He described the AMLC report as inaccurate, erroneous, inconclusive, and speculative, maintaining his stance that he is innocent.
"Hindi ko kailangang magnakaw at kailanman ay hindi kami nagnakaw sa gobyerno," said the Senator.
