Stay safe, Spotters!
ABS-CBN News reported on Monday that the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is offering a P200,000 reward to anyone who could provide information about the group of rapists abducting women along EDSA Magallanes.
MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said that at least three people have been abducted and assaulted in the area, including a 14-year-old girl who managed to escape when the rapists stopped at a gasoline station.
Additional CCTV cameras will be installed in the area and Tolentino said that he will ask the National Capital Region Police Office to assign additional personnel to help deter the criminals.
