(SPOT.ph) We made an unexpected early exit this year, but we still had a representative-in the form of pageant judge Manny Pacquiao. Miss Jamaica proudly name-dropped the biggest contributions of her country to the world (Bob Marley and Usain Bolt), while Miss Colombia carried herself like a pro from start to finish. In the end, it’s her charm that wowed the crowd and bagged the crown.
