Commonwealth Ave and MRT-3 trend on Twitter

For all the wrong reasons.

(SPOT.ph) Commuters in Quezon City weren't too happy this morning, November 22, after a cement mixer flipped on its side and occupied two lanes along Commonwealth Avenue. It was reported that the incident occurred at 4:30 a.m. and it was only at around 10:00 a.m. when the truck was removed near the Tandang Sora flyover.

It didn't help that the MRT-3 line experienced interruption at 6 a.m. A provisional service operation was implemented from Shaw Boulevard Station to Taft Station, both northbound and southbound, until about 7 a.m. Despite continued operation, there were still long lines for those who rode the train from North Avenue.

With this state of traffic, people can’t help but express their rage over social media.
