Settle Ticket Fines at MMDA's New Office at Robinsons Galleria
No need to visit MMDA's head office in Pasig City.
(SPOT.ph) Getting caught by a traffic enforcer is bad enough but having to carve out the time to visit the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) office to settle your fine only adds to the inconvenience of it all.
Fortunately, the first-ever MMDA satellite office has finally opened in Quezon City—and in a popular mall, no less.
This new satellite office is located at Robinsons Galleria, making it easier than ever to get MMDA services like traffic violation ticket payments, driver’s license renewals (in collaboration with the Land Transportation Office), and traffic clearance certificates.
This Robinsons Galleria branch is just the beginning, as MMDA plans to open more satellite offices in other Robinsons malls around Metro Manila. No need to trek all the way to the MMDA Head Office on Julia Vargas Avenue in Pasig City for basic services!

Where to find the MMDA satellite office at Robinsons Galleria
The Robinsons Galleria office is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays. It can be found at the Lingkod Pinoy Center on the lower ground (LG) floor.
The entire process at the satellite office is streamlined with four steps: application form, verification, cashier, and releasing.
“The goal of this partnership with Robinsons Land Corporation is to make settlement of traffic fine-related concerns easier and more accessible to our valued stakeholders,” MMDA Acting Chairman Don Artes said during the launch.
For motorists who can’t make it to the office in person, MMDA traffic fines can also be settled at Bayad Center, SM Bills Payment branches, or through various online channels like GCash, Maya, and more within seven days of receiving the ticket. After this window, you’ll need to visit the Traffic Ticket Management Division Office.
