Recent data from real estate platform Lamudi reveals an overwhelming 93% of inquiries for the most luxurious condos for sale were concentrated in Metro Manila, with Makati, Taguig, and Pasig emerging as the top three cities. According to Lamudi, here are the most expensive condominiums in Metro Manila in the first quarter of 2024:

Price: P107 million to P943 million
