Kris Aquino posted on Instagram late Monday to rebuff "fake news" that she's in critical condition, chiding trolls whom she accused of being excited that she'd die within a year of his brother, former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III's passing.
The actress and TV host shared a photo of a Zoom mass for a cousin who died last week. She was not in the picture. Videos circulating on TikTok had claimed that she was dying from a mysterious illness at the hospital.
Aquino said the photo in the Instagram post was taken in one of her condominium units. The furnishings are mostly pink.

"Ayaw akong tigilan ng #fakenews and parang sobrang excited yung mga trolls na within one year both Noy & me would pass away," she said.
"Sorry to disappoint pero buhay at ilalaban pa na mapahaba ang oras ko because Kuya Josh & Bimb still need me," she said.
The most vocal of the remaining four children of martyred senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr. and former President Corazon Aquino is campaigning for presidential candidate Leni Robredo in the May 9 elections.
Vice President Robredo is up against Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., the scion of the Aquino family's political nemesis.
