(SPOT.ph) Despite being busy bringing change to Pasig City, Mayor Vico Sotto never disappoints at infusing humor into his social media account. He announced on August 7 that the city's own molecular diagnostic laboratory is almost ready to open. "But I need your help! For registration [with] DOH, the lab needs a name! Suggestions??," he said on Twitter and Facebook. The post, of course, ended on a funny note: "Pag may nag-suggest na Vico Lab, magmumulta ng 500."
