LTO's New Licensing Center at the PITX Is Now Open

The Land Transportation Office on Wednesday opened its new licensing center at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange in an effort to service more motorists in the surrounding areas.

These LTO services will be offered at the PITX licensing center:

• Assistance to Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) Portal
  Registration
• Issuance of Student Permits
• New Driver’s License
• Renewal of Driver’s Licenses
• Miscellaneous Services

The PITX center will also offer:

• Additional Restriction Code/DL Codes
• Change Classification from Non-Professional DL to Professional DL
  with Same Restriction Code
• Change Classification from Non-Professional DL to Professional DL
  or Professional DL to Non-Professional DL

Overseas Filipino Workers will be prioritized and granted the following services:

• Priority lane for OFWs
• Driver’s License Certification
• Driver’s License Certification-DFA Apostille
