LIST: Here Are the Provincial Bus Routes at the North Luzon Express Terminal

(SPOT.ph) There wasn’t much of a buzz when the North Luzon Express Terminal opened in 2020, which is probably why there’s a lot of confusion that comes with navigating this fairly new integrated terminal exchange. NLET passengers have long expressed frustration over the lack of definite schedule of bus trips to and from Northern Luzon. The inactivity of the NLET Facebook page doesn't help, either.
Not familiar with NLET? Basically, NLET is a bus terminal located at Bocaue, Bulacan. Its creation was the government’s response to the worsening traffic buildup in Metro Manila, prompting them to invest bus terminals at the outskirts of the city. It is strategically positioned near the North Luzon Expressway (of course) and the Philippine Arena.
However, only a limited number of buses are plying NLET as of now.

Updated provincial bus routes at North Luzon Express Terminal
The NLET used to provide more bus routes to provinces like Batac, Ilocos, and Banaue, but these have been discontinued. Since April 2023, NLET is now only offering three provincial routes to Region II and CAR:
- Sagada, Mountain Province – 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Cauayan, Isabela – 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
NLET rides to Sagada will be handled by Coda Lines. The 8 p.m. ride (no restroom) is cheaper at P1,080 per passenger, while the 9 p.m. ride (with restroom) is priced at P1,200.
Commuters to Sagada can book in advance through the bus liner’s official website. However, passengers who wish to avail a student, senior citizen, or PWD discount must purchase bus tickets at the onsite ticket booth for ID verification.
The route will be passing via Nueva Vizcaya, with the trip estimated to take 11 to 12 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. For other concerns, contact 0995-962-0430 to reach Coda Lines.
Meanwhile, NLET rides to Tuguegarao and Cauayan will be handled by Dalin Bus Lines.
It will cost P1,000 (regular) and P1,150 (deluxe) for Tuguegarao while it will cost P800 (regular) and P900 (deluxe) for Cauayan. According to the bus liner, Dalin buses will only pass through NLET if prior bookings have been made.
