The number coding scheme in Metro Manila will be suspended fduring select hours on Feb. 1, for the Chinese New Year holiday, the MMDA said.
Implementation of the Modified Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program is suspended from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, the MMDA said.
Declared as a special non-working day, the 2022 Chinese New Year mark a transition to the Year of the Tiger based on the lunar calendar.
This year's festivities will be limited for the second year in a row to accommodate public health standards.
