'No Vaccine, No Ride' Policy is Lifted Under Alert Level 2, DOTr Says

Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated individuals will be allowed in public transportation in Metro Manila under Alert Level 2, which starts Feb. 1, the Department of Transportation said Sunday.

The "no vaccine, no ride" policy is in effect in Metro Manila when it's under Alert Level 3 or higher, covering travel via land, air, rail, and sea. It also covers those who live outside NCR but will enter the capital region for work or travel.
