EOs, Holidays + More: Here's What You Can Find in the Official Gazette's Mobile App
The country's archives is now at the palm of your hand.
(SPOT.ph) Looking through our archives has never been easier.
The official journal of the Philippines has finally launched a mobile app for more convenient access to government memos and issuances, with a 2023 calendar of national and regional holidays to top it off. You'll also get a push notification for every new uploaded announcement.
Prior to the launch of the mobile app, the Official Gazette could only be read in print and web editions.

Features of the Official Gazette mobile app
Gone are the days you had to scour the Internet to debunk fake news. You can find digital copies of the following in the Official Gazette mobile app:
- Executive Issuances
- Speeches
- Proclamations
- Executive Orders
- Memorandum Orders
- Memorandum Circulars
- Republic Acts
- Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Acts
- Implementing Rules and Regulations of Executive Orders
- Presidential Decrees
- Letters of Instruction
- Letters of Implementation
- Administrative Orders
- National and Regional Holidays
The app is as straightforward as it can get, with each category presented as an icon at the bottom. Issuances are sorted by date, with the oldest ones going as far back as 1901.
There's also a search bar for when you're looking for something specific. You can select the category and the president during that term to filter out the results.

The online version of the Official Gazette is currently being managed by the Information and Communications Technology Division of the Presidential Communications Office.
