Found right across the San Agustin Church and bordered by brick walls, the museum's stone-floored courtyard will make any couple feel like ilustrados. The quaint venue is ideal for big receptions as it can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Located along De Los Santos Avenue in the vast University of the Philippines Diliman campus is the Bonsai Garden, a 5,000 square kilometer space that is home to 400 bonsais owned by renowned bonsai cultivator and events manager Modesto Manglicmot. SM Mall of Asia Director's Club
The perfect wedding set up for movie buffs, SM MOA Cinema's Director's Club does more than just hold private screenings. its cinema grounds can also be utilized as a space for receptions where you can have your own 'opening night cocktails' and a banquet catered by one of the mall tenants at the front lobby of the cinema. This one-of-a-kind set-up is also ideal for intimate gatherings as the theatre can only hold up 30 people.

Hold your reception at Manila Ocean Park's Batis function room-an event space located right next to the shark tank-and give your guests something to talk about for years to come. The park's in-house restaurant, Makan Makan Seafood Village caters to events exclusively. Manila Yacht Club
Feeling nautical? A sunset wedding on a boat deck might suit your taste. The Manila Yacht Club, located along Roxas Boulevard, has a lovely wooden-planked veranda that offers a spectacular view of Manila Bay marked with rows of anchored yachts. The club has two function rooms that can accommodate a reception: the Sunset Room houses 120 people while the New Diamond Helm Room, which opens to the club's veranda, can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 250 people.Don't worry if you're not a member-this option is open to the public as long as non-members schedule a personal appointment with the manager. They will help you find a member who can stand as the sponsor for your event.If you feel like taking the seaside vibe a notch higher, you can also charter a yacht to take you and 50 guests along the bay for an even better view of the sunset-or sunrise.

The museum's interactive displays and exhibits can give your wedding a unique, upbeat vibe-especially if you and your partner are kids at heart. They have several locations fit for a reception like the Karapatan Hall, which is a fully-air-conditioned function room in the museum; the Multi-purpose Hall, which is situated in a building right next to the museum; and a garden space nestled in between the museum and Karapatan Hall. With a seating capacity of 100 to 150, these venues come with reasonably-priced packages. They also have a list of accredited caterers that may be of help in planning for your reception.

La Mesa Eco Park
A gem hidden in bustling Quezon City is the lush 33-hectare La Mesa Eco Park. Nestled right next to the La Mesa watershed, the park is home to a lagoon, picnic grounds and vast gardens that are ideal for outdoor weddings. They have five different areas that may be used as reception venues. Depending on your guest list, you may opt for their Boating Pavilion (50-100 pax), Multi-Purpose Hall (250 pax), Ipil Pavilion (250 pax), Narra Pavilion (150-200 pax) or the Petron Amphitheater (250 pax+). Found on different areas of the park, each venue boasts a unique breathtaking view that makes you feel closer to nature. This enclave's clandestine is perfect for that out-of-town outdoor wedding without having to drive all the way to Antipolo or Tagaytay.

As for the food, the museum's in-house restaurant, Ilustrado, exclusively caters events.
