1. Watch Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus duet in onesies

Here's a surprising collaboration we didn't see coming. Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus have teamed up to cover Crowded House's "Don't Dream It's Over"...wearing onesies! The video was filmed in Miley's backyard to promote her newly launched foundation for homeless youth. Watch the video here.

 

2. There is going to be an Indiana Jones-themed bar in Disney World

Indiana Jones fan? You might want to head to Disney World later this year, because the amusement park will be opening a themed bar. According to reports, the new bar will "reflect the Indiana Jones story," complete with aviation-themed decor and creatively named menu items like "Rolling Boulder Meatballs."

 

3. Maja apparently doesn't know why Gerald broke up with her

In an interview with PEP.ph, Maja Salvador seemed to hint at Gerald Anderson initiating their recent breakup, saying, "...Hindi ko alam kung ano man talaga 'yong rason niya, kung ano man pinagdadaanan niya. Ipagdasal na lang natin na sana maging maayos kung ano'ng kailangan niya ayusin." She also refuted rumors that the split was due to her alleged closeness with her Bridges of Love co-star, Paulo Avelino.

 

4. Kathryn is looking forward to getting to know Nadine

After actresses Kathryn Bernardo and Nadine Lustre finally crossed paths several days ago, the former said, "I'm looking forward na sana sa ASAP, sa mga guestings, makasama ko siya para mas makilala ko siya." She added that she no longer felt awkward around Nadine and congratulated the latter on her movie, Para sa Hopeless Romantic.

 

5. Here's how El Gamma Penumbra will be spending their prize

Shadow play group and Asia's Got Talent winner El Gamma Penumbra will reportedly donate part of the US $100,000 prize to a home for the aged, a charity that they have long supported. David Foster also approached them for an apprearance in an event once details have been finalized.

 

6. P-Noy thinks Grace Poe "can really continue what [he] started" 

President Aquino revealed in an interview that he believes Senator Grace Poe "is one of those we expect to continue, and can really continue [what he has started]" in his presidency. He said he has begun speaking with prospective candidates for 2016, including Poe, who currently ranks second to Vice President Jejomar Binay in 2016 polls.

7. Road repairs and reblocking from May 15 to 18

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will be undertaking road reblocking and repairs this weekend. In an advisory, certain roads and highways will be affected starting 10 p.m. on Friday and until 5 a.m. on Monday.

 

8. Lack of exits part of Valenzuela warehouse fire probe, says mayor

According to Valenzuela City Mayor Rex Gatchalian, the warehouse hit by a fire on Thursday may have had insufficient exits to accommodate the number of workers it had. The Bureau of Fire Protection is currently conducting the investigation on the incident, which killed 72 people and injured over 20 people.
