(SPOT.ph) Good luck happened in threes for the National University Pep Squad, who bagged their third straight win at the UAAP Cheerdance Competition. Their caveman-themed routine was far from flawless, but it rewarded them with 668 points, 16.5 points away from second-place finishers, University of Santo Tomas' Salinggawi Dance Troupe. The consistently impressive Tiger squad presented a jungle-inspired spectacle.
Coming out at third place was the University of the Philippines Pep Squad, who ended their "Utak at Puso" number without any technical errors or penalties, finishing with a 610.5. A crowd favorite, UP also took home the Yamaha Best Toss and PLDT Fantastic Move prizes.
We give you some highlights to remember the highly contentious affair—and the funniest posts to go along with them.
