(SPOT.ph) Did you know that Father's Day was first celebrated around 100 years ago in the United States? A woman from Washington named Sonora Dodd heard a Mother's Day sermon in 1910, which had her wondering why fathers didn't have their own day. From there began her campaign to have the day officially recognized. Today, it's celebrated every third Sunday of June in most parts of the world.
In case you haven't decided where to take Dad today (we understand he's a bit hard to please), pair it with a thoughtful card or two just to show him how much you care.
