NAIA Is Among World's Most Improved Airports

Is this for real?

( It seems that the Manila International Airport Authority is finally on the right path! Skytrax, a United Kingdom-based consultancy that runs an airport-ranking site, cited the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Philippines as the 10th “Most Improved Airport” in the world. Not bad for a facility that was dubbed as the worst airport by online travel guide Sleeping in Airports for three consecutive years from 2011 to 2013.

Skytrax' ranking is based on a survey distributed from August 2017 to February 2018 to 13.73 million airline customers. The sample size consists of over 100 different nationalities in over 550 airports worldwide.

Changi International Airport

Joining Manila in the list of World's Most Improved Airports are: Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport in Rome, Italy; Perth Airport in Australia; and Calgary International Airport in Canada. The newly renovated Changi International Airport gets the number one spot for World’s Top Airports.
