(SPOT.ph) The introduction of P2P buses has definitely made commuting around Metro Manila a lot more comfortable. And although there’s already an existing P2P bus route to and from Katipunan and Makati, bus company Delta Neo Solutions announced a new “hop on, hop off” P2P route that will be servicing Katipunan Avenue. Touted as the first P2P “ikot” bus, the test run starts today, June 20.
The new Katipunan-based route will span the portion of the avenue from Aurora Boulevard up to Tandang Sora (and vice-versa), with a fixed bus fare of P12. No announcement has been made regarding loading and drop-off points, but this new service will hopefully make things easier for students to get around the perennially busy thoroughfare.
