Commuters, You Can Ride These Buses While the MRT Is Under Maintenance

The DOTr deployed 140 bus units to service passengers this Holy Week.

(SPOT.ph) With many people heading out of the Metro this Holy Week, commuters should expect major roadways to be congested. To escape traffic, people usually turn to the MRT-3, but the railway system will undergo its annual general maintenance shutdown from April 15 to 21. To help ease the impact of the shutdown, the Department of Transportation deployed 140 buses that will service passengers under the MRT-3 Bus Augmentation Program from April 15 to 17 and April 20 to 21.
