(SPOT.ph) In case it wasn't enough to just watch, listen, and dance along to the music of BTS, fans now get a chance to be an active part of their story. A new mobile game called BTS World will let you do just that, as players enter a virtual simulation where they get to decide the storylines for the BTS members as their "talent manager." Netmarble, the company behind the game, has announced its worldwide release on June 26 for both iOS and Android devices, according to a report by Billboard.
Meant to be an interactive simulation between you and all seven of the BTS boys, the gameplay will allow you to make decisions that will push the main storyline further: from small but fun things like clothes to career-making business deals. There will also be alternate storylines available in the Another Story mode where members don't pursue K-Pop careers—hard to imagine, we know.
Players can also text and call the members—or at least pretend to (too good to be true, sorry!)—through more than 100 video clips and 10,000 new photos available only in the game. The more experience you gain and levels you pass, the more access to exclusive content you'll get—including behind-the-scenes footage of the boys filming for the game.
“You’ll see with all the interactions that you get to see a glimpse of [the BTS members’] actual personalities. While some of the stories may be fictional to some degree, they are based on their personalities, the things that they've said, and what is true to how they speak and how they feel about things," said a Netmarble representative in the same Billboard report.
