Bookworms, Booksale Now Has an Online Store
(SPOT.ph) News that the popular secondhand book store Booksale was finally open again, and selling online, months after operations shut down due to the quarantine had everyone excited—even if the shopping could only be done through their Facebook page. Well, it looks like the popular bookstore has stepped up and given the people what they want! You can scour their virtual bookshelves a lot easier because Booksale is now on Shopee.
Yup, that means buying from Booksale can now be done by clicking on "Add to cart." It won't be the same as browsing through the endless titles in their brick-and-mortar shops but hey, it's better than nothing at all! The popular bookstore has around 130 titles on their Shopee store as of writing. And thanfully, their prices are still super affordable—just take note of the varying delivery fees.
Their Facebook page is also still very active. A total of 15 outlets in different locations have featured their titles through posts online and you can contact their store personnel directly if you see a read you want to get. Booksale's virtual shelves on Shopee are stocked by their main warehouse, which has also put some titles on their Facebook page. On the e-commerce platform, you won't have to go through the hassle of coordinating pick-up, delivery, and payment!
Booksale has been around for more than 30 years and they now have 91 branches nationwide. Fingers crossed we get to visit one of their shops IRL soon enough.
