Free True Philippine Ghost Stories E-Books Exist And Here's Where to Find Them
Yup, as in those old books of horror stories you used to pass around in class!

(SPOT.ph) Remember when you used to pass around dog-eared copies of True Philippine Ghost Stories as a kid? Turns out you can read digital copies of the old books on your phones! ? PSICOM Publishing Inc. has the first 10 issues available to read on their app—which means you can bring back those memories and get a real good scare, too, just in time for Halloween!

You can download the app, create the account and get to reading. Issues of the True Philippine Ghost Stories are under the "PSICOM FREE eBOOKS I" page.
The compilation of ghost stories from all around the Philippines was first published in the early 2000s. It was full of quality horror content, from small anecdotes of ghostly presences to full on dramas about creepy apparitions (and possible manifestations)—and a scary picture or two to round out the collections.Â

If that's not enough to spook yourself out, the Haunted Philippines series is also up on the app. This compilation was published around the same time and also made the rounds in classrooms. There are a ton of other PSICOM reads you can check out too, including books by Ramon Bautista and the late Lloyd Cadena.Â
Download the PSICOM app on iOS and Android.Â
