(SPOT.ph) It's been about five months since the first online version of Big Bad Wolf Books, and you're probably already halfway through one or two of your book hauls. (Let's not kid ourselves, there's also a huge possibility that you haven't even removed the plastic packaging—because same!) But it looks like Big Bad Wolf (BBW) Book Sale has another surprise for us. On November 24, 11 a.m., they dropped a cryptic message: "Yes, we're back in the Philippines! But can you guess where we're headed next?" This comes with a word search puzzle, where the sixth row spells out L-A-Z-A-D-A. (*wink wink*)
Guess Where Big Bad Wolf Books Is Landing Next
Not much has been revealed, but people in the comments section of the post are also thinking the same thing.
On November 20, BBW's online presence already hinted about this return to the Philippines. "Na-miss mo ba kami?" said the post, which also included Filipino elements, such as a Philippine flag, a tricycle, and a sari-sari store. Guess we'll find out in the coming weeks what it's really all about.
Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is a Malaysian book fair frequently held in Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates. Back in February 2020, it ran for 10 whole days (and by "whole" we mean 24/7) at World Trade Center in Pasay City. They've also been to Pampanga, Cebu, and Davao in the past years.
