(SPOT.ph) No doubt everyone dreams of becoming a homeowner—which usually leads to hours spent watching house tours of every possible kind on YouTube. And we don’t blame you if you’re typically drawn to massive mansions and fancy upscale homes. Hey, it’s not illegal to dream. But if you want to set your feet on the ground and make a move towards being an honest-to-goodness homeowner, we say take a look at this clever (not so) little townhouse in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.

Townhouses are nothing new, of course; they’ve long been a part of the urban landscape as the typical home of young families. What sets this one apart is how much more spacious it is than usual! From the front, the rows of homes in its sleek neutral-colored façade may not look so big—but one step inside proves the opposite. The three-storey house has a total of 185 square meters worth of floor area on a lot that is 78 square meters large. We take a quick tour of the model unit below!
Take a peek at this relatively spacious Presello starter home in Quezon City:
The ground floor amps up a familiar layout

So aside from having a pretty generous carport—where you can fit two cars, one in front of the other—the ground floor is pretty reminiscent of the old-school townhouses. The living room, typically up front, is still there, as well as the stairs working as a breaker between the chilling area and the kitchen-slash-dining. Just check out that updated look for the living room though! Plus, the staircase hides a powder room underneath.
The kitchen and dining are combined seamlessly in one space

The L-shaped kitchen surrounds a modest dining area. We love how the counter pretty much cradles the eating area making for a multi-purpose space. This area of the house also leads to the staff quarters and a utility space with an open roof.
The second floor has two spacious bedrooms

Up one floor are the main bedrooms. Both have ample space to use either as a masters’ bedroom or the kids’ room! Each has their own toilet and bath as well. And most importantly, there are sizeable built-in cabinets in each room.
There’s even a family room on the third floor…

On the top floor is another smaller bedroom as well as a common bathroom. But what really caught our attention is the space in the front side of the house that can be used as a family area. We’re seeing a cool WFH station and entertainment hybrid set up. You can totally retrofit the space to fit your needs once your family starts growing too.
…and a spacious multi-use balcony

If the utility space on the ground floor isn’t enough, you can also use the ample balcony square footage on the third floor. This balcony does open up to the front of your home, so up to you if this is the spot where you’d hang your laundry. There is already counter space for a sink which means you can definitely put your utilities here. Or you could also set up a permanent samgyupsal spot here!
