Here are the different SSS online transactions that you can access  from the comforts of your home:

SSS Website

Available services:

• Register in the My.SSS portal (available to both Employer and Member)
• Get a Social Security Number with uploading of supporting documents (for new registrants)
• Download SSS forms
• Locate an SSS branch address and contact information

My. SSS Portal

Available services:

• Access your SSS records online by registering your account here.
• Inquire on membership record such as contributions, loans, and benefit claims
• Generate the Payment Reference Number (PRN) for contributions and loans
• Apply for a salary loan
• Apply for a pension loan
• Apply for unemployment benefit
• Enroll a disbursement account in the Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM) with uploading of proof of account 
• Enroll in Flexi Fund (for OFWs)
• Enroll in PESO Fund
• Request for member data change (simple correction)
• Request membership record
• Submit funeral claim application
• Submit maternity notification (for self-employed, voluntary members, OFW, and non-working spouse)
• Submit retirement claim application
• Update contact information
• Access benefit re-disbursement module
• Access the simulated retirement calculator

SSS Mobile App

Available services:

• Inquire on membership record (i.e. contributions, loans, benefit claims)
• Generate the Payment Reference Number (PRN) for contributions
• Payment of SSS Contributions via PayMaya and BPI
• Apply for  salary loan
• Submit maternity notification (for self-employed, voluntary members, OFW, and non-working spouse)
• Update contact information
• Apply for SS Number
• Register on the SSS Website
• Recover/reset the password of My.SSS account
• View List of Documentary Requirements
• View SSS Branches with Google maps

Text SSS

To start, submit a one-time registration by sending SSS REG to 2600. View the full list of keywords and the corresponding services by texting SSS Help to 2600.
