It was not clear when and where the video was taken. It was shared on Facebook by supporters of Marcos' presidential campaign. Based on his official social media accounts, the future king of England is in Canada on an official visit.
Biritsh Prime Minister Boris Johnson's trade envoy, MP Richard Graham, congratulated the son of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos on May 16, seven days after he won the presidency by 31 million votes, double that of his rival, Vice President Leni Robredo.
