CHECK IT OUT: Francesca Versace for Bric's Bags
The 60-year-old Italian luggage brand gets a shot of modern from one of the most well-known names in fashion
(SPOT.ph) Like anything that endures, it started with a dream. Mario Briccola founded a company called Industria Valigeria Fine Mario Briccola in Florence, Italy in 1952, specializing in suitcases and bags. The company went on to be known as Bric's, a brand famous for its reliability and durability. They celebrated their 60th year in 2012, and this year, they launched the Travel Sense collection at their new store in Shangri-La Plaza's East Wing, marking the line's debut in Asia. The collection is a collaboration between the brand and Francesca Versace.

Travel Sense features bags and accessories that focus on one main design theme, a frame, with the idea that they enclose the dreams, emotions, and moments that shape a person's life. Aside from the collection, the store also carries Bric's classic designs.
