CHECK IT OUT: Try Manny Pacquiao’s Training Routine

Ever wanted to try the PacMan’s workout?

(SPOT.ph) Ever wondered what it would be like to go through Manny Pacquiao’s training routine? Okay, maybe you’re not looking to be the next world champion in boxing, but you want to test your athletic prowess. Well, we got a taste of Pacquiao’s training and we can tell you, it’s tough.

 

Working with Rexona, Pacquiao has launched a training camp that lets you train the sport of your choosing with some of the top trainers. Just pick your sport (Muay Thai, boxing, MMA), choose your location, and book a date to begin your training. The top MMA and Boxing Gyms in the country, like Focus Athletics, Ultimate Fitness, and 360 Fitness Club are some of the gyms that are ready to push your physical limit.

 

To kick off the start of the training camp, some of the coaches from the country’s top gyms came together recently to whip us into shape. A 21-minute circuit was set up that would emulate Pacquiao’s training routine-a combination of workouts that push one’s agility, endurance, moblity, and strength.
