Lanvin’s Spring/Summer 2015 Campaign: All Women Are Daughters, All Men Are Sons
It’s a family affair for the luxury fashion brand’s latest ads.
(SPOT.ph) Girls, grab your moms (or moms, grab your daughters? Whichever suits you best) and have a look at Lanvin’s Spring/Summer 2015 campaign-"All Women Are Daughters, All Men Are Sons." Following their Fall/Winter 2014 campaign which featured British model Edie Campbell and her family, Lanvin continues the theme for their Spring/Summer 2015 campaign.
The luxury fashion brand traces its beginnings to 1889 with founder Jeanne Lanvin designing clothes for her daughter, which explains Lanvin’s-a mother and a daughter holding hands.
The campaign was shot by renowned fashion photographer Tim Walker. It features veteran models: ’70s supermodel Pat Cleveland, ’80s actress-turned-fashion icon Violetta Sanchez, ’90s Canadian grunge queen Kirsten Owen, each photographed alongside their daughters Anna, Luz Godin, and Billie Rose, respectively. Each pair is dressed in matching ensembles with similar hair and makeup making the the whole project scream "like mother, like daughter!"
The ads will grace the pages of fashion magazines in March. Apart from that, a video will be launched come mid-February through the Lanvin website, and other social media platforms.
