CHECK IT OUT: The Veranda at Robinsons Galleria
Mall-goers now get more dining choices-from Thai food to D.I.Y. shabu shabu-and al fresco if they like.
The Veranda at Robinsons Galleria has 10 dining outlets, all with al fresco dining areas. Click for more photos.
New dining spots and familiar favorites sit together at the Veranda of Robinsons Galleria--the old deck parking area of the mall has been transformed into a strip with casual dining restaurants.
Ten establishments line the Veranda which opened December 2010: American diner Johnny Rockets dishes out burgers, milkshakes and eat-all-you-can French fries; La Creperie serves savory, dessert and gourmet crepes plus a selection of TWG teas for a French tea salon experience; and Delicious Kitchen by Eat Well’s menu lists Chinese comfort food. Other establishments at the Veranda include Papa John’s Pizza, 8 Spices, Gilligan’s, Golden Spoon, Starbucks Coffee, and soon-to-open Healthy Shabu-Shabu.
TV chef Bruce Lim is also set to open Hyphy’s in February 2011, his second restaurant after Chef’s Table which will serve his take on modern Filipino fare, but with more affordable prices for the mall-going set.
According to Mylene del Rosario of Robinsons Land, "The Veranda is all about casual dining and the establishments all have an alfresco dining area for Galleria’s food enthusiasts."
