TMZ.com reports that boxer and Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao’s home in Hancock Park, Los Angeles was ransacked (September 16, LA time).

An Associated Press report later revealed that "nothing was taken and no one was home Friday during the midday break-in that detectives witnessed by chance" in the neighborhood. The area is patrolled by the Los Angeles Police Department, but detectives from the Sheriff’s Department, who were in the area on an unrelated criminal investigation, saw Pacquiao’s home being burglarized.

According to the AP article, Pacquiao’s  attorney and chief of staff Franklin Gacal said that the fighter was informed of the burglary and will proceed to his training in Baguio City to prepare for his third fight against Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez on November 12 in Las Vegas. Gacal said that the break-in happened when the security guard who oversees the house went to eat.

The report said that the four people arrested were being questioned and their names have not been released. They have yet to be charged.
