Interaksyon.com, citing information from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), reports that The Bourne Legacy starts shooting today, Wednesday, January 11. The film stars Jeremy Renner, Rachel Weisz, and Edward Norton.

As such, the authorities will close the entire area of San Andres and Leveriza in Malate, Manila from January  11 to 13, from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Half Quirino Avenue will also be temporarily closed.

Interaskyon.com noted that the MMDA "has prepared alternate routes in order to ease traffic flow."

Instead of San Andres and Leveriza, people may take Bagong Lipunan, Adriatico, and Orosa streets going to Roxas Boulevard or Taft Avenue. Provincial buses coming from Cavite, Tagaytay and Laguna may take Vito Cruz and turn left on Taft Avenue going to their destinations.

According to the report, the  MMDA "will issue new traffic advisories for January 14 and 15, when the production group shoots elsewhere in the metropolis."
