Pinoy designer Francis Libiran’s creation worn by Tyra Banks at New York ball; She’s tagged as "best dressed" in event

TV Patrol, via its "Star Patrol" segment, reports that supremodel Tyra Banks wore an Art Deco-inspired gown created by Filipino designer Francis Libiran in New York’s fourth annual Blossom Ball. Banks was named one of the event’s "best dressed" attendees. Libiran said that he had sent the gown to Banks (through America’s Next Top Model executive producer Michael Carandang) in the hope that she would consider wearing it. Libiran revealed that he was "teary eyed" when he found out Banks picked his gown.
