(SPOT.ph) If there’s one tradition comic book fans love doing each year, it’s heading to Fully Booked on a specific day. The reason? Free comic books. In case you didn’t know, the bookstore has a yearly Free Comic Book Day where you can get your hands on free titles. It's happening on May 18 so you better start making room on your shelves.

Here's what you need to know about Fully Booked's Free Comic Book Day 2024:

Whether you're a superhero, supervillain, or someone in between—you won't be able to resist dropping by any Fully Booked branch in Luzon and Metro Manila. On May 18, customers who line up are entitled to one random comic book title for free, and two if they visit the Bonifacio Global City branch.

The distribution will run from 10 a.m. to 12 noon (unless they extend, just be sure keep an eye out on their socials!)—and until supplies last. We spotted cool titles from Star Wars, One Piece, and Hellboy, among others you may have been eyeing for the longest time. Heck, you might even score more than one title if you're willing to jump from one location to another within the distribution timeframe.

That's not the end of it. You can also score D-coded titles under Graphic Novel and Manga, Graphic Novel and Manga Children’s, Adult Science-Fiction/Fantasy, and Film & Media on the day itself at up to 20% off. More Japanese titles will be available at the same discount at Bonifacio High Street, MITSUKOSHI BGC, and SM Mall of Asia branches.

You can also shop the sale online for a reduced discount of 15% on May 18.
