(SPOT.ph) It seems like it was just yesterday when UP Town Center first opened and new stores opened one after the other. It's only been a year and yet the shopping and dining destination already has a new wing...and you know what that means—a new wing equals new stores! We round up 10 stores that you should visit the next time you're in the area.
Aguirre Avenue's fashion hub is now in the north! The Penthouse is a concept store and lifestyle boutique that carries a number of online brands for men's and women's apparel, shoes, bags, makeup, accessories, stationery items, and more. Shop from Straightforward Clothing, Lulu Swing, Hue Manila, among many others.
The artsy haven that used to occupy a small space along Esteban Abada has transferred to the second level of UP Town Center—it's bigger and a whole lot better! The craft shop is where arts and crafts lovers can score art materials, join workshops, and shop other handmade goodies by other independent crafters.
Recently, the Swedish fast fashion brand opened their 15th branch in the country. The 2,500-square meter space carries all of H&M's concepts including H&M Home, plus the first ever plus-size and maternity lines, H&M+ and H&M Mama.
This local footwear brand has found its very own home in UP Town Center. Renegade Folk is known for their sandals handcrafted from leather in Manila, but they also carry bags and accessories that are perfect for your everyday look.
Want to give your home a makeover? British furniture brand Habitat first opened their flagship store in Manila late 2015. This time, they've expanded and opened shop in the second level of UP Town Center's new wing so more people can access and achieve modern and functional design for their homes.
Situated in the far corner of the second level is a sneakerhead's wonderland. Sole Academy is a lifestyle sneaker boutique that carries the freshest drops from your favorite brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, ASICS, Palladium, and more.
If you love bands and anything pop culture-related and have an eye for fashion, Fudge Rock is the place to be. They carry everything, from band shirts to edgy fashion pieces to chic accessories!
Care for a good book and a cup of coffee? Biblio is a place where bookworms can score secondhand books. The store is lined with shelves, all beaming with titles that range from classic to fiction to inspirational, and more. The store even serves coffee from EDSA BDG!
Fashionistas, if you're looking to update your wardrobe with the latest trends, Nava Boutique is where you can score up-to-date fashion pieces at price points that won't burn a hole through your wallet. From tops to bottoms to shoes to accessories like sunnies, belts, and jewelry, this shop has got you covered from head to toe!
Adidas HomeCourt Store
The first Adidas HomeCourt Store in the country found its home on the second level of UP Town Center and it's everything an Adidas lover could ask for. The store carries all your basketball, running, and training needs, plus their new arrivals and limited edition apparel and footwear. They even have a section dedicated to the coveted Superstar and Stan Smith.
