(SPOT.ph) This is not a drill: IKEA is finally opening in the Philippines! And it's about time, because to say that we've been waiting for ages for the Swedish furniture brand to open here is an understatement.
Not much has been revealed but one thing's for sure: the retail giant will open its first store in the country soon, said Inquirer.net. Cue excited squeals. And because IKEA Philippines is the real deal, we're already excited about getting to shop for affordable, build-it-yourself home furniture (which may or may not cause arguments between couples, but heyyy, it's IKEA!).
Aside from a huuuge shopping space, we're expecting a wide selection of budget-friendly home items like upholstered furniture, bookshelves, dining tables and chairs, beds, bed covers, pillows, and cushions, garden furniture, kitchen items, curtains, and soft furnishings.
