“Off-White” is a luxury streetwear brand by Virgil Abloh

If the name rings a bell, that’s because he also became the artistic director of Louis Vuitton’s menswear line earlier this year—which, in case you didn’t know, is a huge deal because that makes him the first African to ever lead the luxury brand’s menswear line. Apart from being a fashion designer, Virgil Abloh is also a graphic designer, DJ, and architect—he studied engineering and then got a masters in architecture.

It wasn't his first shot at starting a streetwear brand

Virgil Abloh started a brand called "Pyrex Vision" back in 2012. It was his first step into the world of high fashion and it was known for carrying tees, hoodies, flannels, and socks all with a collegiate twist. The brand has actually been available in the local retail scene

Some of the Italian luxury streetwear brand’s pieces have been available in Univers, a multibrand store also located in Rockwell Center. The only difference is this time, “Off-White” finally gets its own space so they can make room for their wider and more complete range of street-style pieces and make them available in the country. They're known for their cool tees with their signature stripes across the back as well as their statement belts and cool sneaker collabs with Nike.
