(SPOT.ph) They say one way you can confirm that you're in a Filipino household is when you find a tabo in their bathroom. It's long been popping up on the occasional meme or listicle, but who would've thought that the humble tabo a.k.a. "bath dipper" would make the newsfeed rounds in 2019? Yesterday, MUJI posted a photo of their take on the classic tabo, which embodies everything the Japanese lifestyle brand stands for: clean, simple, and highly functional. Sounds great, but then the Internet saw the price: P365. "The angle of its handle is designed to make it easier to scoop water with less weight on hand," MUJI says in the now-viral Facebook post.
As of writing, the Facebook post has racked up over 10,000 Facebook reactions, 4,300 comments, and 6,400 shares, and because of the, well, endless flow of witty comments, we thought we'd highlight some of the best reactions we've spotted:
We spotted some gold on the comments section of the post, too!
The MUJI Bath Dipper is priced at P365. See a list of MUJI stores.
