More Malls in the Philippines Are Opening Their Doors to Pets

(SPOT.ph) When you're a pet parent, getting out of the house can be tricky because puppy dog eyes actually work. One minute you’re saying goodbye, the next minute you’re deciding to just stay in and spend some quality time with your pet. As more and more hotels in the Metro open their doors to make sure that your four-legged friends won't be left behind anymore (or, at least, not as often), Robinsons Malls is adding more pet-friendly branches to its roster. The shopping giant is holding a nationwide launch of their Happy Pets Club on October 6 to mark the occasion.

Robinsons Malls Happy Pets Club, a community of pet owners and lovers, was first launched in 2015. Its members—our pets—are free to roam their selected malls. Four years later, more Robinsons Malls all over the Philippines are now ready to welcome cats and dogs. The new list includes the following malls:

The Happy Pets Club Nationwide Grand Launch coincides with the celebration of the World Animal Day, which is on October 4. The listed malls will feature special activities like pet blessing, free vet consultation, free anti-rabies vaccination, and talks on how to be a responsible pet owner. You can also check out the pet retail booths where you can shop for pet clothes, accessories, and food. If you're lucky, you and your pet might even got some freebies. 

You can also register your cats and dogs for the Robinsons Malls Happy Pets Club ahead of time. Just fill out a Happy Pets Club form at selected Robinsons Malls (Magnolia, Novaliches, Antipolo, and Las Piñas) and present a vaccination record. You're required to bring two copies of a 1x1 photo of your pet and a single receipt or accumulated receipts of purchases worth P3,000. Your pet gets to take home a Happy Pets Club Welcome Kit that comes with dog food, shampoo samples, and a toy ball.
