(SPOT.ph) Sneakerheads and art junkies are in for a treat because this cool collab got a world-famous footwear brand and a local artist to team up for a collection: Adidas and Filipino toy designer Quiccs work together to celebrate the Superstar's 50th anniversary by launching a new sneaker collection as well as toy figures inspired by the OG colorways of the popular silhouette.
Quiccs is an award-winning toy artist known for his vinyl figures that show his art style, which is highly influenced by rebellious Japanese robot anime shows, graffiti art, and hip-hop culture. Fun fact: Quiccs is the first Filipino artist to collaborate with Adidas, so this team-up is something art lovers and sneaker collectors wouldn't want to miss out on.
Today, February 13, is the launch of the Philippine-exclusive Superstar bundles which include the popular sneaker and a matching NanoTEQ, one of Quiccs' popular toy figures. Part of the collection is a new blue and orange colorway that's perfect for those who are into playful kicks!

Adidas also launched the Superstar LACELESS in white and black colorways—perfect for those who hate dealing with shoelaces. You also have the option to lace them up because the bundle comes with extra laces so you can switch up the look of your pairs whenever you feel like it. The pairs also come with their own NanoTEQ figures that match their color!

There's a lot in store for Adidas' and Quiccs' partnership, as the artist is expected to design his own Adidas products later in the year! For now, we'll be rushing to get our hands on these bundles.
The Philippine-exclusive bundles are limited and can only be availed of until February 26. They are currently available at Sole Academy BGC, NBHD Bonifacio High Street, NBHD Ayala Bay, and selected Adidas stores and retailers.
